Near Barcelona, the Maresme region is the best place to live and raise children in a healthy residential area, away from pollution. In Maresme there are some products with international renown such as DO Alella wine, Llavaneres peas or strawberries from Sant Pol. Also highlight seafood products that are commercialized in La Lonja of Arenys de Mar. In addition, in many of its villages we can find delicious typical desserts such as the “cremat” of Premià or Coca de Llavaneres.

First of all the nature environment. Mountains, forests and vineyards with the sea as a backdrop offer moments of great beauty. Maresme, from north to south, has the train that communicates to Barcelona. There are also urban and intercity bus lines. It is a region very well connected with public transport, and also with private transport by a highway that has an access from all Maresme villages.
