El Maresme<\/a> is a region that\u2019s innovate every day. It offers is an incentive for entrepreneurs to organize top events.<\/p>\n

In June (June 11, 12 and 13) will be held<\/strong> at the Palauet de Tei\u00e0<\/strong> (Sebasti\u00e0 Dalmau street, 2, 08329 Tei\u00e0, Barcelona) the first edition of the “Origins Gastronomic Festival<\/a>“<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is an ambitious project that was forged last year during the pandemic period by three enterprising specialists in communication and gastronomic experiences: the Empordanese Llu\u00eds Cintas<\/strong> -founder & CEO of BoB\u00f4 Barcelona-, the Barcelonesa Ana God\u00f3<\/strong> -the editorial counselor La Vanguardia Dossier- and the Asturian Emilio Su\u00e1rez<\/strong> -owner of Su\u00e1rez Asesor\u00eda de Eventos Globales-.<\/p>\n

The Or\u00edGenes Festival<\/strong> was born as a socio-economic need and would \u00a0like to promote the traditional and artisan jobs, also his respect for the environment and the show the authentic product.<\/p>\n

Technique, tradition, product, environment, history and culture are elements that define this project.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

June 11th: Josep Roca<\/strong>, sommelier and co-owner with his brothers Joan and Jordi of El Celler de Can Roca<\/strong> (Girona), and Mart\u00ed Boada<\/strong>, doctor in Environmental Sciences, Master and Graduate in Geography from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, will be interviewed by Cristina Jolonch<\/strong>, La Vanguardia journalist and director of the Comer channel on the newspaper’s website, and Toni Massan\u00e9s<\/strong>, renowned gastronome and general director of the Alicia Foundation.<\/p>\n

June 12nd:<\/strong> Eudald Carbonell<\/strong>, one of the most prestigious and internationally renowned archaeologists, will be interviewed by Sergio Vila-sanjuan<\/strong>, journalist and novelist, and director of culture section at La Vanguardia.<\/p>\n
