House in the center,<\/a> built in 1850, located in the historical urban area in the village of Vilassar de Mar.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It consists of a main house distributed over three floors, a patio and an adjoining two-story house. Completely renovated in 2007. Ready to live in. It is just five minutes walk from the beach and thirty-five minutes from downtown Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Catalan Vault ceilings<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This building was leaded by the architectural studio A.N.T.A. in 2007. All the wooden beams were replaced by iron ones. The roof was re-built using high quality tiles of Borja brand, all the electrical and water installation has been also updated, heating was put in all floors, walls of the rooms were removed to create larger spaces. Marble has been used to cover all the floors of the whole house Porcelanosa brand, except for the bedrooms that have been covered by parquet bringing warmth to the environment. The attic and the attached house are covered with Porcelanosa tiles.<\/p>\n

Bathroom with river stone walls<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The walls of the suite bathroom are covered with marble (Porcelanosa), the toilet room is decorated with river stones, the other bathroom with handmade tiles of different colors and the attached house with tile. All finishes are the highest quality. The outside frames of the windows and doors are covered by natural stone.<\/p>\n

Moroccan Fountain<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The ceiling of the ground floor maintains the Catalan vault. There is a well inside the kitchen that can be used for watering. In the backyard there is a lovely Moroccan fountain and a hot shower. All rooms in the house are granted with natural light, also there are four more points of light that brighten the house even more. The house can be entered by two streets, with a private garage for two vehicles.<\/p>\n
