{"id":2223,"date":"2017-04-11T15:26:32","date_gmt":"2017-04-11T15:26:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bestmaresme.com\/blog\/?p=2223"},"modified":"2023-07-21T20:08:08","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T20:08:08","slug":"jornada-gastronomica-del-guisante-del-maresme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bestmaresme.com\/blog\/en\/jornada-gastronomica-del-guisante-del-maresme\/","title":{"rendered":"THE MARESME Peas Gastronomic Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.costadebarcelonamaresme.cat\/sites\/default\/files\/publicacions\/adjunt\/pesol17_online.pdf\">\u27a1All the information about the peas gastronomic day from March 4th to April 30th 2017<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here goes a delicious recipe:<\/p>\n<p>Monkfish with Maresme Peas<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bestmaresme.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/receta.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n2 pieces of monkfish per person<br \/>\n1\/2 kg unpeeled peas<br \/>\n2 spring onions<br \/>\n4 tender garlic<br \/>\nflour<br \/>\nOlive oil<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nFor broth:<br \/>\nMonkfish bones and skin<br \/>\n1 carrot<br \/>\n1 onion<br \/>\n1 garlic<br \/>\nWater and salt<br \/>\nFor the sauce:<br \/>\n1 garlic clove<br \/>\n6 toasted almonds<br \/>\nparsley<br \/>\n1 stream of stale wine<\/p>\n<p>Boil the monkfish bones, skin and vegetables for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nFlour the monkfish, fry it and reserve. In the same oil fry the\u00a0onions and garlic. When golden add the sauce and stale wine\u00a0cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.<br \/>\nPour the strained \u00a0broth and when it boils add the peas.
