The COVID 19 pandemic has confined us all. After more than 60 days the houses have ceased to be that place where we used to go some hours, to become our homes for 24 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This leads us to ask ourselves what we like and what we don’t like about our homes<\/strong>. It has been a good time to focus our attention on details that were previously overlooked. The confinement has made us value spaces that before we did not give enough importance.<\/p>\n

Questions as<\/strong> daylight, if the sun comes to us, ventilation, if we have outside space as a garden or if we have swimming pool … questions that have made us think about how we want our home will be. The existence of terraces, balconies, gardens, galleries, sea views, proximity to green areas and, even, the presence of a swimming pool, become basic elements when choosing.<\/p>\n

Until now, living in big cities has provided us advantages such as good communication, leisure offers, being close to the workplace … but after COVID19, more than one family can feel overwhelming because cities are very crowded and have limited leisure\u2019s spaces.<\/p>\n
