Mention two more, in Teià is Sant Berger, a newly urbanization where we find large houses and sea views, or the Vinya for its orientation, location and good communications. In Maresme there are some products with international renown such as DO Alella wine, Llavaneres peas or strawberries from Sant Pol. Also highlight seafood products that are commercialized in La Lonja of Arenys de Mar. In addition, in many of its villages we can find delicious typical desserts such as the “cremat” of Premià or Coca de Llavaneres.
