Exceptional luxury, architecture and landscape in perfect harmony
Conceived as a constant dialogue between architecture and nature, this residence embodies a way of living in which exceptional luxury is expressed through the beauty of simplicity, the nobility of materials and a profound connection with the landscape.
With a built area of 340 m², distributed across two floors and a basement, the property combines contemporary architecture defined by refined lines with a carefully curated selection of natural, timeless materials. The extensive landscaped gardens and swimming pool extend the living spaces outdoors, creating privileged settings for relaxation, socialising and contemplation, in an environment where light, vegetation and tranquillity take centre stage.
The interiors have been designed to convey a sense of space and fluidity, maximising natural light, ventilation and a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor living. The 49 m² living and dining area becomes the heart of the home: a generous and welcoming space in which to enjoy everyday life in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
The sleeping quarters comprise four bedrooms, two of which feature en-suite bathrooms, in addition to two full bathrooms and a guest toilet. The principal suite stands out, offering 28 m² of space and a separate 8 m² dressing room. Conceived as an intimate retreat, it transforms privacy and well-being into an everyday experience.
The exterior materials reinforce the project's exclusive character. The façade combines a continuous coating of lime mortar in a matte beige tone with dressed limestone masonry. The interplay of natural textures, soft hues and carefully selected finishes lends the residence a serene, timeless elegance, perfectly attuned to its surroundings.
Inspired by the Japanese concept of nō, the project emerges from an architectural sensibility that understands space as an experience capable of evoking emotion and fostering a profound connection between people, light and landscape. The architectural studio behind the project develops a serene, essential and timeless architectural language, recognised internationally through publications and distinctions associated with Forbes, the AMA Awards and the Architecture Hunter Awards.
A property where exceptional luxury transcends the material to become a way of life: architecture with identity, nature as an integral part of everyday experience, and spaces designed to embrace beauty, privacy and tranquillity.
