Can Falgueras closed his pastry shop in Calle Sant Joan

Pasteleria Can Falgueras has closed the shop on Calle St Joan, and offered  last Saturday a hot chocolate for adults and children.

Can Falgueras has closed the pastry shop in St Joan street  but maintains the Plaza Angels Guimerà shop.

Can Falgueras has been a benchmark of quality in Vilassar de Mar since 1911, which opened  the first shop, at number 15 of Plaza Vella, now Plaza Angel Guimerà.

The second store was not inaugurated until years later, in 1947 on St John Street.

The founders of Can Falgueras, Antoni Falgueras I Teresa Bofill and after them generation after generation, they have managed to improve the quality of their products. The key to its success is the Good value for money, handcrafted in its workshop. Formerly, in the 50s, it was mentioned in songs that praised its torteles!

Can Falgueras has received awards and recognitions over the years. In 1998, the Pastry Guild of the Province of Barcelona awarded the Gold Medal to the woman pastry chef to M Teresa Falgueras, and in 2002 to M. Pilar Falgueras and Paquita Ramón Orriols.
