Hills and the sea. Consisting of three units – Conreria, Sant Mateu and Céllecs -, the park has a fundamental ecological role because it puts the coastline in contact with the interior valleys.
A Mediterranean climate and the strategic situation that it presents have made that our ancestors establish themselves, proof of it are the Dolmens, Iberian ruins, hermitages and castles together with the “Masías” (Catalonian farm houses) that are still surrounded by the plantation system used.
