On April 4th brand Ben & Jerry’s complies each years tradition to celebrate with all the people in Barcelona the Free Ice Cream Day. Thousands of Cookie Dough units and Chocolate Fudge Brownie will be distributed.
In Barcelona the chosen point is the Economics and Business Faculty of the University of Barcelona (Between Diagonal and Keynes Street),from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
Free ice cream day began in 1979, when co-founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield difficulty “survived” their first year. At that time, they decided to thank the support of their local community in Vermont by giving away ice cream from their innovative blends. Today this community is spread all over the world and it is April 4th when more than one million ice cream given with love will be delivered.
