The Diputación de Barcelona, through the Deputy of Climate Action, Xesco Gomar, has delivered to 82 local councils and local authorities of Barcelona area, a total of 150 electric bicycles.
24 electric bicycles have been delivered to Maresme Region
This promotion program was started 11 years ago, by the Diputación de Barcelona. There are currently 712 bicycles that have been delivered to 223 municipalities and municipal entities.

- Premià de Mar
- Malgrat de Mar
- Llavaneras
- Santa Susana
- Teià
- Tiana
- Vilassar de Dalt
- Masnou
The fight against climate change focuses, among other actions, on reducing carbon pollution and the transition to renewable energy sources.
For this reason, the bicycle transfer program is part of a soft mobility line and, above all, an energy efficiency policy within the framework of the Covenant of Mayors for climate and energy and the fight against climate change.
