The 2022 selection includes 262 establishments awarded with Michelin Stars, among them is the restaurant “El Tres Macarrons” located in Masnou, Maresme region.
A restaurant that with its name already makes an explicit nod to the Michelin Stars, since “macaron” is the colloquial name with which French gourmets refer to this distinction.
The restaurant “El Tres Macarrons” was inaugurated in 2009 by Miquel Aldana, chef, a sea and garden lover. Aldana’s dishes are a reflection of his passion, a perfect balance between the sea and seasonal products. It depends on the time of year, you will find mushrooms, truffles, peas, … all with a modern approach without losing sight of the roots of the region.
