Following their instructions and accompaniment, you will prepare the fire on the ground, using the vine shoots, and we will cook the calçots that you have previously prepared.

Bouquet d’Alellahas 14 hectares of vineyards planted more than 40 years ago, in the municipalities of Alella, Teià, Cabrils and Vilassar de Dalt. Half of the vineyards receive the sun and the Mediterranean breeze due to their location near the sea, and the other half are in the upper part of the Parque de la Serralada Litoral, where temperatures are colder and with more thermal contrast.
